Position Overview:

As a Merchandise Specialist for Target stores, you will be responsible for independently managing the distribution of our products within Target locations. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products are effectively displayed and available to customers during this time.

This position will be needed starting next week, the week of April 22nd. You will be needed 1 morning day a week for 4 weeks, with the opportunity for contract extension depending on location and ongoing needs of the company. You will be responsible for 1 location depending on your area, and will receive a flat rate of $100 per time you distribute /merchandise at that specific Target location.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain relationships with Target receiving, store managers, and staff to facilitate the distribution and promotion of our products for our product launch.

2. Coordinate with our logistics team to ensure timely delivery of Yerbaé to Target locations.

3. Conduct regular visits to Target stores to monitor product placement and inventory levels.

4. Implement merchandising strategies to optimize product visibility and drive sales during launch.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in retail sales, merchandising, or distribution.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

- Familiarity with Target store operations and policies is a plus.
